We call this an "American" farmhouse ale because it contains mostly American ingredients and is fermented with French saison yeast. A very dry complex flavor with yeast character that is fruity and slightly spicy. We use citrus hop varieties for even more fruitiness and dry hop it to perfection. With it’s 9% abv and ease of drinkabilty, people have said this beer is "dangerous", so that’s what we called it...in French.

Bottle - Sweet, flowery and Belgian yeast. Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Grassy, sweet citrus and some yeasty notes. OK.

12 ounce bottle thanks to Craigers. Pours a clear bright orange color with a large white head. A big sweet fruity yeasty nose. A big sweet flavor, almost like a triple, yeasty, flowery, perfume, the overall flavor is citrus, some biscuit. A pretty damn good beer. Banana esters. Very good.

Pours hazy orange with a medium sized off-white head, good lacing. Aroma is fruity esters, spices and oranges. Flavors are spicy, fruity, bright citrus with a nice bitter finish, some hot alcohols
This is easy drinking for 9%. I think I’ll have another.
