Last beer of the year :). 500 ml bottle @ Bishops Arms: Örebro on December 30. Pours hazy golden with a small white head that quickly dissipates without leaving any trace. Smell is slightly sweet and very hoppy with pine, peaches, apricot, grapefruit and orange zest. Taste is sweet and very bitter with tons of pine, orange zest, lemon zest, grass, resin and unripe peaches. Finish is slightly sweet and very bitter. Extreme and a bit unbalanced but still very nice.

Borefts Beer Festival 3. Hazy gold beer, little cream coloured bubbly head. Light crisp palate. Good grassy bitter hops with pine as well. Mild marmalade fruits. Semi dry finish with minerals. Very nice hop rich beer.

Boreft Beer Festival 2011. Hazy orange with a lasting white head. Rich hoppy aroma, lots of tropical fruit, along with pine and spice - the kind of hop aroma that blows you away even when you think you know all that IPAs can do. Dry and fruity flavour dominated by a rather sharp bitterness - such a shame, because more friendly bittering hops could have made this almost perfect.

Bottle @ SBWF2011. Pours a dark golden color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty hoppy bitter citrus aroma with peachy hints. Fruity malty spicy hoppy bitter grapefruit and citrus flavor. Has a fruity malty very hoppy bitter finish.

Flaske 0,5l på Ølbutikken, København. Spandert av Skinnyviking og delt med flere andre under en minicrawl på Vesterbro 4 Nov 11. God fruktig aroma. Sitrus. Nesten ikke skum. Smaken er sitrus & aprikos. Markert fruktig ettersmak med en syrlig avslutning.

500ml bottle, drink-in at Ølbutikken, cheers to Skinnyviking for the share. Low, beige bubbly head, fragile lace, unclear, amber body colour. Fresh aroma of tropical fruits. Spiced hoppy taste including pine and a bite of herbal dryness. Sharp, dry bitter ending. Mouth filling and tasty (pub crawl at Vesterbro, Copenhagen, 04.11.2011).

Bottled. A dark golden beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of cirusy and spicy hops on a malty and yeasty background. The flavor is sweet with notes of lots of hops lending it notes of citrus fruits, spices, and hay on a malty and chewy background, leading to a very almost roughly bitter finish.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear deep golden with a creamy and lacing off-white head. Intense hop melange in the nose, there’s lots of pine and exotic fruits here. Solid body with a juice, sweet fruitiness. And the solid hoppiness is felt straight away on your palate. Medical and almost herbal. Heavy bitterness in the finish. Serious stuff this! 311011
