Cask at the brewery
Murky blond color with compact head. The aroma is a bit footy. The mouthfeel is muddy, there is some cheese flavor, funky touch, light lemony hint. Yeast in the finish.
I find it weird, dirty and purposeless, but not offensive.

Cask - Lemony, cheesy yeast. Cloudy yellow with a decent white head. Funky, yoghurt and lemon notes.. Light tartness and a funky finish. Another masterpiece in cheese.

On cask at Main Street, pours a cloudy golden yellow with a medium white head. Aroma is very wild and funky, with notes of blue cheese, brett funk and some floral notes. Flavour is nasty, with shit loads of blue cheese that dominates. Totally infected and messed up. Why would you do this?
