Gin Table is the next iteration of table sours, our Americanized interpretation of a Berliner Weisse. Our table sours are fermented with Brett and lactic acid bacteria, never kettle soured. Gin Table was fermented and aged in a third use bourbon barrel that had been used to age @captivespirits Big Gin. Awesome lime and ginger notes from the barrel compliment lemon character from fermentation.

750mL bottle, pours a cloudy blonde with almost no head. Nose brings out lots of gin barrels, some celery-like vegetal notes, and some yeastiness. Flavour is along the same lines, with with loads of gin, celery and some boozy notes. The gin completely overtakes this, but in a tasteful way. Very nice.

Bottle pour at the tasting. Thanks to Prufrockstar for the share. Pours a pale lemonade color with no head. Sour lemon citrus aroma. Medium body, ginger, and citrus fruit. Gin heavy sour finish. Very tasty. Fun beer.
