Draught at the brewery
Cloudy amber color, very small head. The sourness permeates aroma and flavor; it has notes of citrus fruits and raspberry, and of wood in the aroma; the mouthfeel is not weak, a bit astringent in the finish.
Refreshing, solid offer.

Draft - Light source plum and grape. Hazy copper with a small head. Very tart and some acidic Berry and plum notes. Hint of ketchup. Solid.

On tap at Strange Fellows, pours a cloudy muddy amber with a small beige head. Aroma brings out funky wild yeast upfront in full form, with some light fruitiness. Flavour is much the same, with lots of funk from the wild yeast upfront, a little bit of red berries, a touch of acidity, and a medium tartness. Quite complex, especially for a 4.5% beer. Really nice stuff.
