Draft - Lots of fresh apple notes. Cloudy, dirty yellow. Sweet, tart and little dirty and earthy notes.

Very nice balance. Some tanginess but well balanced. Pours clear with OK head. Light tangy finish. Bottle at tasting.

On tap at The Beer Mongers, pours a cloudy blonde with no head. Aroma brings out crisp apple skins and medium funk. Flavour is quite funky and dry, with crisp apple skins, a light tartness and a weird funk. No residual sugars at all. An interesting one for sure.
