Our newest full production release, available year round. This beer was a blast to create and brew. We put over 4 lbs per bbl of Graham crackers in the mash, we used chocolate malt and to top it off added a natural toasted marshmallow flavor. Our number one selling beer!

Can (9/28/20) pour from Lazy Dog Beer Shoppe. Appearance is dark, dark brown-mahogany (virtually opaque) with nice sparkle at the edges of the glass, 2-finger light brown rocky foam head with good retention and nice soapy lacing. Aroma is strong, mellow roasted malt, milk chocolate, vanilla, lactose, marshmallow and graham cracker. Taste is stronger roasted malt (almost burnt), vanilla, lactose, milk chocolate, marshmallow, mild graham cracker. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with smooth, frothy-cream texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste with moderate lingering dry bitterness. Overall, many of these S'more wanna-be stouts deliver a few of the described flavors but this one delivers them all. Perhaps a little thin in the mouthfeel, especially given it has the milk sugar but not many faults otherwise.

Pretty thin-bodied, faint aftertastes of marshmallow. Not bad, but not an awful lot going on.

2017 or '18 bottle. Pours black, with a small, fleeting, beige head. The aroma is coffee, vanilla, burnt sugars, light soy, and rye spice. Sweet and sugary, with a pleasant, mellow bitterness. Medium to heavy body, with a syrupy, sharp palate. This is a quality stout. Don't cellar it, though! It hid in the back of my beer fridge for far too long...

Pours black into an English pint. Mocha head with little retention recedes to mottle surface. Marshmallow and vanilla aromas. Sweet with vanilla, coconut and molasses front to back.

Draft at The Beer Store, dark brown opaque. Medium body. Chocolate vanilla and roasted malt aroma. Sweet, uncomplex chocolate and vanilla taste, and coffee roasted malt finish.

Tap at Craft Beer Co. Clerkenwell. Pours black with a frothy brown cream head. This beer looks amazing! Aromas of vanilla, fudge, marshmellows, mocca. Taste is very smooth. Lots of marshmellow, vanilla and cookie. Missing some roast and feel though.

Tap at Keyaki. Dark brown golden head. Aroma is sweet, Creme brûlée, bit roasty too. Taste is slightly savoury, sweet and nice like the sauce bit at the top of a Creme caramel. Pretty nice.

Pour is a black with a huge tan head. Aroma is a huge cocoa nibs with some graham cracker dryness. Flavor is more chocolate with a super dry finish. Not a huge aftertaste on the tongue. Decent chocolate all around but not much after that. Decent chocolate but I wanted more of the marshmallow and graham cracker to come out.

Bomber from Big Al's. Near black pour, minimal head. Aroma and taste feature the marshmallow and graham, chocolate assumed through the mixture of flavors. Sweet, smooth, medium weight. Really tastes like a smore.
