Our newest full production release, available year round. This beer was a blast to create and brew. We put over 4 lbs per bbl of Graham crackers in the mash, we used chocolate malt and to top it off added a natural toasted marshmallow flavor. Our number one selling beer!

Nitro sample at Taphouse Grill in Seattle. Jet black pour with a thin beige head that recedes steadily to a dense film. Small patches of lace. Malt, vanilla and chocolate in the nose. Medium body with flavors of charred malt, vanilla, chocolate and marshmallow. The finish is creamy with a vanilla and chocolate aftertaste. Above average overall.

Bottle. Black, tan head is less than a coat. Aroma of burnt sugar, caramel syrup, chocolate, artificial vanilla, toast. Medium bodied, smooth. Not as sweet as feared with a bitterness that just about keeps it seeming like a stout. And it gives the modest roast a chance to register. Started at 10C, better as it warmed a bit.

22 oz. bottle purchased at Total Wine & More, Phoenix. Aroma is mild graham cracker, very light smoke, perhaps in my mind marshmallow. The body is decent, smooth finish. Chocolate and graham crackers works well. Good.
