Campfire Stout evokes fond memories of wilderness and camping adventures. Notes of chocolate and graham cracker topped with a hint of marshmallow will leave you wanting s’more. Like any campfire experience, this beer is best shared with a warm circle of family and friends.
Our newest full production release, available year round. This beer was a blast to create and brew. We put over 4 lbs per bbl of Graham crackers in the mash, we used chocolate malt and to top it off added a natural toasted marshmallow flavor. Our number one selling beer!

Tap at Erzbierschof Zurich. Pours very dark brown with decent short lived head. Aroma reminds of a boozy intense dark chocolate cake, a Schwarzwäldertorte. Some vanilla, lots of chocolate, but also a bit of the campfire, cherry. Body is medium and a tad sour. Together with the lively carbonation, that makes the beer refreshing, but it also quite surprising, to the point where I’m not so fond of that sudden change. Palate is fair, cherry, but rather short. Oh man, if this aroma carried throughout the beer, this would be a killer...

Nice mild graham cracker aroma. Nothing in this beer is overpowering, which makes the unique s'more flavour they're going for much nicer. Good stout with a twist. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

650 ml bottle. Pours black with full head. Aromas of milk chocolate, vanilla, and marshmallow - as advertised. Flavors of same with additional sweet malts and graham cracker. Like a sweet mocha. Lighter than expected. A fun stout.

dark brown colour, huge, dense brown head; aroma of Frappé with chocolate, vanilla and wallnut notes; taste is the same a bit less intensity; amazing stout - definitely the best one, I’ve ever tasted!

Draft pour pint at Frankies Pizza. Pours black with a tan foam head. Chocolate, sugar cookie like aroma. Flavor is marshmallow, chocolate, and cookie. So I guess it is like a s’more, though I can’t recall ever having a s’more in my lifetime so I guess I can’t be sure. I can be sure though that the beer is both good, and unique. Mild roasted and vanilla finish. Very nice. Update - Tried again about 3 years later. Enjoyed on nitro at Hop and Hound. Excellent brew still going strong. Bonus points for the nitro version. Love it.
