Campfire Stout evokes fond memories of wilderness and camping adventures. Notes of chocolate and graham cracker topped with a hint of marshmallow will leave you wanting s’more. Like any campfire experience, this beer is best shared with a warm circle of family and friends.

Our newest full production release, available year round. This beer was a blast to create and brew. We put over 4 lbs per bbl of Graham crackers in the mash, we used chocolate malt and to top it off added a natural toasted marshmallow flavor. Our number one selling beer!

Draft @ beer temple. Blackish pour, white brown head. Aroma of liquid chocolate and creamy milk. Taste is very creamy and milky, with soft milk chocolate, marshmallow and a mild coffee-ish bitter in the finish. This is liquid desert, like the Dutch desert Hopjesvla. Fantastic beer.

Thanks Vanja, Iznogud & Co.! Almost black body, dark head. Nothing too remarkable, typically nice. I’ve heard nothing but superlatives about this one from those in the Croatian crew who’ve tried it, but even that didn’t prepare me for the sublime, wonderful, beautiful cocoa/milk chocolate aroma that wafted from the glass... The same thankfully continued into the taste, only buried in layers of caramel. Not much hops, but this didn’t need hops. Wow, wow wow wow! Beer of the day and the competition was awesome!Note: City of origin was apparently San José so this batch was brewed at Hermitage I guess.

Bottle from Beermoth, Manchester. Black pour with a tan head. Nice aromas of licorice, chocolate wafer and rich, dark coffee roast. Flavours of chocolate ice cream, caramel, toffee, black treacle and vanilla fudge Quite a robust brew. Long, sweet malt linger. ’Andsome!

Almost black, a head is medium and beige. The nose has chocolate, some liquirice, sweetness of vanilla, hint of peppermint. Great aroma. Taste has liquirice, some chocolate and peppermint, mild bitterness, some roastiness in the end. Medium+ bodied, smooth and pleasant to drink. Enjoyable, smooth and quite sweet stout but still the balance is great. Very good.

On tap at Maggie's Pub in Ferndale, pours black with a small tan head. Nose brings out loads of smores with intense sweetness. Flavour is incredibly sweet, with loads of caramel and chocolate. Way too sweet for me, but it's a nice novelty dessert beer.

Bottle at tasting. Pours black with a thin tan head. Nose is chocolate milkshake, caramel. Rolos, as Ash said. Taste brings a touch of smoke, loads more chocolate. Not as set a finish as I thought, and good body for the strength. Very nice.

Bottle at the Appellation Comely Bank tasting. Thanks to Stuu666 I think. Appearance - close to opaque black with a lovely fawn head. Nose - intensely creamy milk chocolate. There’s a tiny smoky backdrop if you look for it. Taste - yes milk chocolate again. Some caramel. This is reminding me of Rolos which I haven’t had in years. Again, a tiny smoke note. Palate - medium to full bodied with a gorgeous creamy texture and a balanced finish, where the touch smoke helps to take away any over sweetness there might be. Overall - really lovely beer.
