Campfire Stout evokes fond memories of wilderness and camping adventures. Notes of chocolate and graham cracker topped with a hint of marshmallow will leave you wanting s’more. Like any campfire experience, this beer is best shared with a warm circle of family and friends.
Our newest full production release, available year round. This beer was a blast to create and brew. We put over 4 lbs per bbl of Graham crackers in the mash, we used chocolate malt and to top it off added a natural toasted marshmallow flavor. Our number one selling beer!

Botella de 65 cl en el lúpulo en enero de 2014 stout suave y fácil de beber con un cuerpo medio de 6.5 vol y un gran sabor a cacao y algo de especias. Bastante buena, para repetir.

Tap at World Craft Beer Tasting 2014. Huge cocoa and graham cracker nose. Before knowing what it was, I said, "Smells like s’mores." I guess that means they nailed it. More cocoa and chocolate. Sweet cocoa, marshmallow, graham crackers. A bit too thin when you consider the flavor. Can’t drink a lot, but I like it.

on tap at Erzbierschof Winterthur. deep black, with a nice large head - beautiful. Smells like chocolate milk, tastes like chocolate milk, with more coffee and bitterness towards the end - great stout!

THANKS! 15 cl. draft @ Delrium Hoppy Loft. Black with mocha head. Smells like sweet Eastern-European chocolate, instant chocolate milk and chocolate syrup. Taste is the same with cacao and vanilla plus some Eastern-European milk chocolate. Very nice, I do wish that this was a bit more Belgian chocolate tan Eastern-European as far as taste goes but still very nice, chocolate rich beer.

Bottled 650ml. -from Hoppiness Koper. Pitch black coloured, medium sized brown head, milk chocolate in the nose. Roasted malt, chocolate, light cocoa and vanilla with notes of marshmallow and mild touch of alcohol...and everything well balanced. Soft chocolate and vanilla in the finish. A way better than all Wasatch beers I’ve rated before.

Tasting at Bruce’s pad. Thanks to Bruce! Opaque dark brown beer, small pale cream coloured head. Palate is smooth and semi dry. Light fine carbonation. Creamy dark malts, not heavy. Whisper of malt roast. Good dark chocolate, if slightly powdery tasting. Trace of dark fruits. Light dry finish. Tasty and easy going stout.

Bottle thanks to Bruce. It pours near black with a decent tan head. The nose is sweet, chocolate, marshmallow, fluff, earth, doughnut, candy and fudge. The taste is bitter-sweet, toasty, rich roast, cocoa, mild acidity, vanilla, dark chocolate and a touch spice with a dry finish. Medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. Good depth and nice drinkablity. Tasty.
