Using the finest Canadian malt, German hops, and aged in our cellar for 6 weeks, this beer is exceptionally clean and refreshing. It is our lightest flavor and alcohol. It takes longer to make this beer, but it is worth it, once you taste it.

On tap at the brewpub. Medium gold body, no head. Soft floral lager aroma. Flavour is reasonably bright lager, soft grain fruitiness. Medium on the mouth, full enough. Adequate but not exciting.

On tap at Big Ridge, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out notes of corn, straw and some grassiness. Flavour is crisp, with notes of fresh grass, crisp crackery malt and straw. Very smooth and crisp, making this easily drinkable. Well-made lager.

Draught at the brewpub
Dark blond color, clean. It has a bit of cereals and malt, bit in the aroma and flavor, and the bitterness level is correct.
Easy Lager, clean, not bad, easily drinkable.
