Draft - Caramel and light citrus. Clear copper gold with a decent white head. Caramel, spicy notes and orange peel. Very malty and sweet.

Bottle. Deep orange color, topped with a sticky sandy head and lots of sheet lacing. Nose is citrus and pine, some tropical fruit. Aromatic. Tastes a little on the malty side, finished bitter. Lacks elegance.

On tap at bier thirty. Pours out a dark amber topped with a sand head. Nose is sweet tangerines citrus caramel malts. Taste is more of the tangerines some orange blooms floral notes along with a nice sweet malt.

500 mL bottle pour. Pours a cloudy golden color with a fizzy patchy head. Fresh hops and citrus aroma. Really herbal flavor with a nice hop character. Has a cool minty finish. Very tasty beer. Enjoyed this.

Cloudy dark amber color with small head. The aroma is strongly fruity; sweet oranges, mandarins, other citrus fruits and a touch of tropical fruits. Good body strength, not too thick, with lean mouthfeel; the malt flavor is good, with a caramel accent, but also a bit dusty; the hopping is strong and of quality, with plenty of fresh fruity character, and soft resins.
I’m a tad unimpressed by the dusty touch, but the hop job is really worthy.

On Tap at the River Room at Whole Foods Boise Hazy deep orange. Smal wispy off-white head. Very interesting sweet juicy fruity hop aroma and flavors. I can place it. Floral and like tangerine candy. Unique to me. Very fresh and bright and tasty. Really like this.

Draft @ GABF 2013. Pours a golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty hoppy piney aroma. Fruity malty piney and very hoppy bitter flavor. Has a fruity malty hoppy bitter piney finish.

Pours a clear copper color with a large white head. A sweet nose of Pils malt, some oranges. A nice sweet toasted flavor, some marmalade, lemon zest, light bitterness, lighter resinous simcoe. Quite smooth. Interesting brew. Clean and nice.

50cl bottle pours with a crystal clear copper body that has thick gold hues around the edges and supports a tan head of foam that leaves behind spotty lacing. The aroma offers up slivers of sweet mango hard candy, tiny cubes of candied red apple pieces, earthy herbal notes, some grassy notes, a cool hint of basement dankness and then some biscuit to caramel maltiness that thinly rings the experience. So far I’m digging it. A few more whiffs and an interesting sort of odd faint estery slightly fusel quality is noticed. The taste has some nice earthy herbal qualities that get just a touch dank and spicy but the thin layers of malt sweetened fruity hoppiness, a bit on the tropical fruit side maybe, keep the danker hops at bay. To midway the hoppiness gets into some bitterness that helps balance out the experience. I like this take and I think trying a fresh batch on tap will create a crisper snappy more refreshing side to it that I think would be an improvement.
