Tasting at Matt’s
Brown color, cloudy, small head. Good body strength; the aroma is dusty; it’s fairly sweet; mix of dirt and rum, liquorice, malt. Some puke.
Very messy, all over the place.

Bottle - Dark fruit and some doc spice. Dirty brown with a light beige head. Sweet, raisin and a long meaty finish.

500mL bottle, pours a cloudy opaque dark reddish rusted brown with a small beige head. Aroma brings out dark fruits, toffee, alcohol and Belgian yeast -- fairly sweet for a quad. Flavour isn't authentic for a quad, with lots of booze, toffee, Belgian yeast, and dark fruits. Quite messy and harsh, with all the elements clashing. Not a very cohesive quad.
