In life, Jutsu is all about stealthy ninja techniques (well actually techniques, skills, methods, tricks, or spells according to Wikipedia) but in beer it’s a fantastically balanced pale ale. Easy drinking with low bitterness.
Low bitterness, and a very light malt body that showcases aromatics of citrus, cedar, and pepper. Refreshing with a dry finish and super drinkable.
MALTS: Pale, Pilsner, Crystal, Rye
HOPS: Nelson Sauvin, Simcoe
YEAST: Vermont Ale

Bottle - Lemongrass and a touch of skunk. Cloudy gold with a rich white head. Sweet lemongrass, touch of weed, funk and some more lemon drop. Pretty nice.
