This beer is actually bottom fermented, so you can't call it a real India Pale Ale. But both aroma and flavor have all the characteristics of an IPA. Light malty, very hoppy, medium bitter. Flavour indication: Malty, grassy, citrus.

Fresh and bitter beer with a bit thin body of malt. Taste of fruity hop and some caramel. Bit boring, unusual for de molen.

Bottle from De Molen web shop. Orange golden color with medium off-white head. Malty aroma with light hoppiness. Taste, sweet malt followed by light citrus hops. Light hoppy bitter finish. No carbonation.I am disappointing. I had from De Molen far better beers.

Bottled, date Oct 8th 2013, large sample. Clear orange color, short frothy off-white head. Aroma of grainy malt, bit sulphury. Where’s the hops? There is some stale bitterness in taste. Very thin. Hugely disappointed.

Bottle from De Molen. Poured a hazy medium to light amber with a thin broken white head. The aroma is light hop, citrus and with a hint of malt. The flavour is medium bitter with a watery hop bitter palate and a short bitter finish. Medium bodied with lively carbonation. I enjoyed this. Super nose and flavour but it died away quite quickly. Not as hoppy as it might be.

330ml bottle. Hazy, deep golden colour with small to average, frothy to creamy, fairly lasting, moderately lacing, off-white head. Cautious citrusy hop aroma, hints of orange, orange biscuit, a yeasty touch. Taste is dry, citrusy hoppy, a touch of lemon, minimally yeasty, overall on the way to a dry and tart character. Flawless (if not ideal) concerning palate and carbonation (contrary to other IPAs from De Molen), but sadly somehow uninspired, one-dimensional in aroma and taste.

330 mml bottle at home tasted on 15/01/2014. The aroma is no intense and in the appearance dominate the dark orange/brown, with a long white head. Low carbonation and standar bitter palate. Decent IPA.

(Bottle, 0.33 l - bottled on Oct 8 2013, from Drink Shop, Tallinn, 20131231) The beer poured deep golden and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had resin, pine and grass. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, pine, resin, malts, sweetness and bitterness. Aftertaste had hops, caramel and bitterness. A tasty and quite hoppy IPA.

Bottled. An amber beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of malt and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, dusty hops, and fruts, leading to a bitter finish.
