This beer is actually bottom fermented, so you can't call it a real India Pale Ale. But both aroma and flavor have all the characteristics of an IPA. Light malty, very hoppy, medium bitter. Flavour indication: Malty, grassy, citrus.

Bottle. Pale amber color. Soft grassy oily citric aroma and flavor. A noticeable hopbitterness in the flavor. Hints of red berries. Thinnish, sharp and fairly easy drinking beer.

Fles: Hazy, deep golden to light amber coloured, pretty slowly diminishing loose ’n lacy off-white head; mild to moderate exotic-fruity nose (peaches, pineapple), backed by caramalt and a tinge of turpentine; quite solid dryish bitter flavour not without a delicate balancing sweetness, quite soft and medium bodied; lingering dry piney and pale-malty finish. Yes, good…

(bottle, 33cl) Hazy, copper colour with a short off-white foamy head. Yeasty, fruity hoppy aroma with notes of peach, tangerine and lychee, also some sweaty accents, backed by cara-malt. Moderately bitter and slightly sweet flavour, medium to light bodied with a slightly tame carbonation. Delicately bready cara-malty base with fruity, slightly exotic and delicately piney hops; moderately sweet malty and slightly bitter finish with lingering fruity hoppy backbone. Quaffable Imperial Pils. Interesting bottom-fermented IPA interpretation. 30.VI.14
