The hop harvest in the northern hemisphere comes just once a year, in early fall (and this year, a few weeks earlier than that!). It’s in this small window of time that we’re able to utilize fresh hop flowers and create ’fresh hop’ or ’wet hop’ beers. This particular version (with a 4 hour bine to fermentor turnaround) utilizes fresh Cascade hops from Bighead farm in Meaford, ON, and showcases the sorts of juicy, bright notes we can only achieve when using flowers as opposed to pellets. Bursting with juicy flavours of citrus and tropical fruit, accented by aromatics of melon. Refreshing, with relatively low bitterness.

Draft - Suoer fresh wet hops, leafy, Skunky and candy. Cloudy gold with a rich white head. Sweet grainy, leafy hops and wet grass. I wish it was as brilliant as the nose.
