Bottle @ First Semester Ulfborg, 2014. Pours hazy golden with a small creamy off white head. Yeast - well of course but also citrussy and grassy hops. Herbal and bitter with a touch of brett. Really bitter finish!

Bottle. A small, dense, off-white head forms over a clear, golden body. The aroma is mostly fruity, with some cellary hints and citrus peel. Pine cone notes too. Medium body, semi-dry and with a pleasant carbonation level. Citrus peel, oranges and bitterness in the flavor, not much maltyness. Bitter, citrusy finish. A pretty pleasant one, tasteful and quenching, but not impressive. 140117

Vestjysk Vinter Vanvid januar 2014. Cloudy yellow with a lasting white head. Spicy aroma with vanilla, coriander and some fruity notes. Dry, spicy and yeasty flavour with floral and fruity notes.

330ml bottle. Slightly hazy golden colour with huge, frothy, fairly lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Herbal, strawy aroma, hints of hay, a citrusy touch, unspecific fruity background. Taste is initially moderately tart and bitter hoppy, strawy, later slightly fruity, bitter hoppy finish with a chalky, mineral, medicinal touch; prickling carbonation.
