On Tap at the Poulsbo BP Just called "Kolsch" on teh board. Clear light golden, bright white head and spotty lacing. Very light pale malt flavors. Not a very fry finish. rather heavy and malty body for the style. Still, not unpleasant.

On tap at Slippery Pig, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out crackery malts and some cereal notes. Flavour is dry, with stale bread and biscuity malt. Not an authentic kolsch by any means. Too dry and stale. Not too good.

Draft - Light grains, sweetness and vegetal notes. Clear gold with a rich white head. Sweet grains, butterscotch and a long sweet finish.
