Dry-hopped kettle sour

Introducing our very first sour beer. This Kettle Sour is a deliciously tart, slightly acidic, highly refreshing ale brewed with a combination of brewers yeast and lactobacillus. The wild sour fermentation and dry hopping with Australian Galaxy hops bring out a delicate stone fruit flavour.

On tap at Tangent Cafe, pours a clear yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out wheaty tartness and subtle dry hopping. Flavour is bland, with tart wheat and a little hoppiness. Not complex at all, but clean and subtle. Okay but missing something.

Draught at Tangent Café, Vancouver, 12 oz
Hazy dark blond color, small head. Very nice aroma, a bit sour, a bit citrusy, some elderflower. Dry, moderately sour, moderately lemony, quite astringent, with a mild woody finish, lightly flowery; as a friend said, an introductory sour.
Refreshing, uncomplicated.

Draft - Sour bitter and some grassy hops. Clear gold with a decent white head. Light peel and grass with a nice clean tartness. Solid.
