We had our friends from Chicago and Indiana come out to the brewery and help us brew the very first Fusion at the new spot on the SW side of Chicago. It was brewed with Muscat & Sauvignon Blanc grapes, fermented with a De Dolle yeast strain, then dry-hopped with some freaking delicious Nelson Sauvin hops, making it a Superbly Spectacular Sauvignon Sauvin Saison-esque Summer Sipper.

On tap at Bardenay. Pale golden pour, misty, yeasty aroma. Buttery, savory flavor follows, mildly spicy. A pretty decent Belgian ale, and kind of mild for a "strong" ale.

Draft - Fruity Belgian yeasty notes with some lemon. Clear light gold with a rich white head. Fruity esters, candied banana, lemon and a creamy mouthfeel.

On tap at bier thirty Boise. Pours out a hazy golden topped with a fluffy sand head. Nose is nice belg yeast spice citrus and some malty sweetness. Taste is more of the belg yeast citrus hop notes and a nice finish. I did know what to expect but this was really good.

On tap at ABV in Hillsboro. Pours a clear golden color with a medium white head. A big sweet white wine nose, fruity hops. Toasted malt flavors, big sticky sweet grapes, light citrus. Very smooth. Solid.
