Bottle from Brewers Haven. Dark amber with one finger fluffy head. Sweet-ish aroma, molasses, gingerbread, roasty grains. Taste starts with the sweet notes, brown sugar, mild coffee cake. Stays sweet throughout. Warming without the burn.

Draft - Belgian yeasts, like a wit almost. Clear copper with a decent beige head. Fruity and estery with hints of apple and a a bitter dry finish. Lots of caramel and spice, but apple and fruit dominates.

On Tap at the Bend Brewery slightly hazy deep amber. Rich sweet malty arma and flavors. Some spice and tartness also. Rich and smooth with a lite IBYU bite at the end. Nice winter beer...in late July.

Tap at Crux, Bend, 23/05/13. Clear dark amber with thin off white head. Nose is banoffee pie, light booze, caramel, dark fruits. Taste comprises dark malt, toffee, marshmallow, touch of booze, sugars. Full bodied, fine carbonation, warming booze in the finish. Decent enough strong ale, alcohol is well integrated, but lacks any real depth to make it a great.
