Draught. Dark brown with lasting white head. Aroma is roast with coffee and chocolate notes. Full bodied flavour, mostly malt with a hop edge

Draft at brewery. Dark amber, not black, do I concur with the choice of dunkel over schwarzbier. Roasty, smoky aroma. Taste adds some nutty character and done sweetness with a mild bitter bite to close it out. Well done!

Draft - Light toasted malts. Deep brown with a light brown head. Light toast and dark raisin. OK, but nothing great.

On Tap at teh brewpub. Deep redish brown with a small head and decent lacing. Slightly roasted smokey aroma. Fairly swet dark pitted fruits and old campfire. fairly light like a lager but some decent roasted flavors. Somewhat thin.
