Bale Breaker’s limited-release Summer IPA is brewed as a part of a national fundraiser, Ales for ALS. Offered exclusively to the 80+ Ales for ALS participating brewers across the country, the experimental hop blend used in Bubba’s Brew is truly one of a kind. Aromas of tropical and stone fruit hit first, finishing with a clean and crisp bitterness. $1 from each pint of Bubba’s Brew is donated to ALS research. Support the cause by raising a glass!

On tap at Bale Breaker - Yakima, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma has some gentle pot-like hoppy dankness with a soft biscuity malt base. Flavour is wonderfully piney and dank, with a lovely pot-like hop character upfront and dominating, backed by a soft biscuity malt base. Love these dank, piney blonde IPAs. Excellent.

16 oz from a case bought at work. Aroma has notes of orange, cantaloupe, biscuit, pineapple. Pours clear golden with a two finger soapy off-white head with excellent retention. Taste has a light bitterness and very little sweetness, finishing dry with flavors like the aroma. Very solid.

Draft - Light sweet citrus. Clear gold with a decent white head. Up front bitterness, lemon rind and a bit of grassy weedy notes. Aggressively bitter and nice.
