Finally, a beer that pays homage to the hard working folks in our Valley; the trail crews and farmers, the lumberjacks and firefighters, we brew this for you. With a thirsty throat in mind, we’ve created an amber lager that features a smooth, medium body, with a rich toasted malt aroma. The initial malty sweetness finishes fresh and clean... unlike its name. No need to wash up, just wash down.

Draft pour pint at the brewery. Can’t believe I haven’t rated this yet, I’ve been drinking this one for yeara, and was the first beer from them I had. Pours a Nice copper color with a fizz ring head. Heavy hopped amber with some sweet caramel malt. Finishes on a hop note. Tasty every time. Good amber.

Draught at the brewery
Clean dark amber color. The aroma is too mild, but the flavor is very nice, with a balance of malt and caramel, and a touch of biscuits; bold bitterness.
Very good.

Bottle, 22oz. A clear, amber colored beer with a finger-thick light beige head. Caramel, bread and some fruity hints in the aroma, nice, but a bit too straight forward. That goes for the flavor too, where there’s a fine bitterness in addition to the caramel, bread and light tropical fruity hoppiness found tin the aroma. Medium to full body and a nice carbonation level. A bit short finish. Hoped for this to be an amber ale, but it’s quite nice anyway. 140531

Sample at the brewpub. This beer is a slightly hazy dark amber color with a medium thick and fluffy white head that recedes slowly. Sticky rings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of sweet malt and a touch of hops. Light-bodied with a caramel malt character and notes of hops and yeast. The finish is sweet with a malty aftertaste. Decent overall.
