Draught at Stockholm Beer Festival:
Pours a dark amber colour with a small, bubbly head. Pungent leather aroma. Strong flavour of new leather; it tastes like shoe shop! Absolutely undrinkable!

On tap at SBWF. I hesitated whether I would drink the beer or not, Fortunately, I drank it. The beer was amber with a small head. Aroma was very special, smoke, and things that are hard to describe. The taste was also difficult to describe, did I taste some urinal? :) No, the beer was not at all disgusting, but just hard to explain the taste. I am not used to taste castoreum. Well the finish was dry with a medium bitterness.

Draught at Stockholm Beer Festival. Copper colour, small head. Strong wacky aroma of smokey leather couch and fir. Medium bodied with firm mouthfeel. Peculiar flavour of wood fired sauna and fir smoke. Fairly bitter finish. Apparently castoreum used to be a common spicing to hunters vodka back in the days. To use this for beer seems outright wacky, but it works out pretty well anyway. Probably the most non-vegan beer there is.
