Single malt and single hop beer. This warm fermented smash uses Pilsener malt and our friends in Yakima sent along an experimental hop to add to our Kolsch on steroids.

On tap at the brewery pours out a pale straw color topped with a white head. Nose is citrus soap hops spice and a floral perfume note. Taste is more of the nice floral hops a a nice spice.

Draft - Mango and some lemon, fruity and juicy. Play yellow gold with a rich white head. Mango, orange peel, sweet then an intense bitterness. Smelled great but tastes is a bit out of whack.
