Draft - Barrel and nice Woody notes. Deep maroon with almost no head. Woody, fruity dark malts, some fresh raw fig and a light tartness in the finish. Really complex and nice.

Clear dark mahogany with a small off-white head, some lacing. Aroma is malty, woody and vanilla. Flavors of vanilla, tart cherries and woody

On tap at Breakside Milwaukee, pours a deep dark red with no head. Nose brings out tart vinous notes, with wood, red wine, vinegar and tart red fruits. Flavour is woody and sweet, with vinous notes, tart red fruits, and light vinegar. Quite complex, with lots of flavours acting in harmony together. Very nice stuff.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear ruby color with a small white head. A big sour woody fruity nose. The flavor is big sour fruit, cherry, woody, brown sugar.

On tap at breakside Portland. Pours out a smashed blackberry color with a ring of head. Nose is nice berries tartness oak vanilla and barrel. Taste is more of the oak vanilla and berries.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a hazy copper with small beige head that diminishes quickly. The aroma is lemon zes, cherry skin, and oak. Thin mouth, strong oak, cherry, tart finish, very nice.
