Baie goed. I wish they canned or bottled this. White head, tan body. Aroma is hop with a good malt body. A bit of smoke and toast. Clean finish with a bit of yeast and lageriness.

On tap at breakside Portland. Pours out a amber topped with a sand head. Nose is bread malts a touch of roast and some grassy hops. Taste is more of the malty and grassy hops. Just so so.

Draft - Light grains and some nice sweetness. Clear gold with a rich white head. Nice grains, light caramel and a light bitter hit in the finish. Nice.

On tap at Breakside Milwaukee, pours a clear amber with a small white head. Aroma is light and restrained, with bready notes and lightly dry hops. Flavour is robust for the style, with bready malt, German hops and a nice bready dryness on the finish. Very clean and punchy. Very good.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear copper orange with medium creamy off white head that lasts leaving spotty lacing. The aroma is toasted malt and spice. Medium mouth similar flavors to nose, light mettalic finish, decent.

Hazy amber color with generous frothy head. Malt aroma, delicate, but too light, with an impression of caramel and apples. Soft mouthfeel, warmish temperature; the malt flavor is very good, with a light biscuity touch and very light residual sweetness; it has a light fruity idea too; correct bitterness, although in the final it gets a small chicory feeling, unwanted; the final seems a bit sweeter.
Doesn’t taste like any Düsseldorf beer, but it’s good.

On tap at the brewery in PDX. Pours a clear copper color with a medium whtie head. A light yeasty nose, some toast and light caramel. The flavor is pretty balanced with floral hops, low bitterness, some toasted malts, maybe some tea, dry yeast. Good. Easygoing.
