Bottle. Dark chestnut color with a caramel colored head. Caramel malt aroma. Rich caramel/toffee flavor with a bit of roast, spice, and slight hops. Lingering caramel/dried fruit flavor with some sweetness. Slight alcohol presence.

500mL bottle @ 8.3% ABV. Dark brown to black in color with nice lasting dark tan head. Sweet smell for a Porter style. Aroma is more molasses than black patent and burnt malts. There seems to be a hint of alcohol too. Very nice taste. Molasses and vanilla dominate the flavor over the burnt and chocolate malts. For my taste this is a good Porter. I enjoyed it.

Bottle. Molasses malt aroma. Brown-black color with slight head. Sweet smoky molasses and strong malt flavor with mild hops finish. Full bodied with moderate acidity. Very tasty - could never find this in Poland - found this in Louisville.

Bottle: Poured a pitch-black porter with a medium dark head with pretty good retention. Aroma of rich chocolate with some roasted malt. Taste is sweeter then I remembered (I had this last time about 7-8 years ago) with lots of chocolate flavour. Very little bitterness or hops are noticeable and alcohol is well hidden. Rich creamy body make this quite enjoyable overall.

Pour is a deep black with almost no head. Aroma is a nice mix of dark chocolate and brown sugar. Flavor is a milk chocolate with a subtle alcohol burn on the swallow. Over all it is a decent attempt but it is very sweet and getting through a whole bottle might be tough.

500 ml bottle, enjoying during the suspense of ALCS Game 1. Slightly brownish head that trails off quickly, over a deep brown body. Sweet smell of molasses and RC Cola, and a bit of milk stout. Taste is a little thin, kind of like a Malto Goya instead of a "regular" porter. Light astingency like an iced tea sweetened with molasses. Alcohol is kind of sneaky, but I can feel myself getting a wee bit numb. Leaves behing a sticky, milky aftertaste. I can see I’ll need to taste several at once to get a better range on this style. Lukcily, it’s becoming popular in these parts. Goes good with bitten nails. C’mon, Sox!

Black in colour, with small bubbles rising on the edge of the glass. Great brown head which fades fast, and shows lighter shades on the very top. Strong flavour with a lot of malt and signs of chocolate. Medium bodied full of flavour! Good aftertaste, somewhat sweet, although some alcohol shines through. One of the best beers from the best polish brewery. Pick this one up if you can find it, and especially if its cheap! I got this for $1.81 for a large bottle...so its definately worth it!
