Draft - Sweat and blanket, with some cheese and acidity. Cloudy yellow with a small white head. Lots of funk, passion fruit and more sour funky notes. Lots of grapefruit and acidity as well.

On tap at The Beer Mongers. Pours a cloudy yellow with small white head that lasts. The aroma is strong lemon, wood, cheese, funk. Thin mouth, strong lacto, lemonhead, cheese, good.
