On tap at Capitol Cider, pours a clear blonde, no head. Aroma brings out moderate barnyard notes and crisp apple skins. Flavour is moderately complex, with barnyard funk, some wild yeast, and crisp apple skins. Champagne-like finish, with low residual sweetness. Pleasant.

Draft - Sweet cooked green apple.gold with a decent white head. Light spice, cooked Apple and very dry. Dry but not bad.

Corked bottle at Langley Farmers’ Market, 7.4% ABV
Yellow color. Very fruity aroma, green apple and pear. Smooth mouthfeel, fairly dry but with moderate acidity, light apple flavor, light astringency in the final.
