12 ounce can from Cellars Neenah, 6/30/19. Clear copper, thin foamy white head, decent retention. Aroma of dry apples, a bit of yeast. Taste is dry apples, apple skins. Tart finish. Thin. Decent.

Aroma is a slightly spicy apple cider. Flavors are definitely dry cider with a little bit of Funk.

On tap at woodland empire boise. Pours out a pale golden with a ring of a head. Nose is green apple and a light tartness. Taste is more of the green apple very dry.

Can from a local Raley’s Market. Pours perry color. Light, maybe crisp/astringent aroma. Med minus body. Flavor is tart, dry, astringent. And arguably apple. Very, very dry.

Funk and apple. Clear champagne, constant streams of carbonation. Very dry, lightly tart, tangy apple finish. Medium body, fizzy. Straightforward and bone dry. Good for what it is, but not my thing.

Draught at Alibi Room, Vancouver
Yellow color with frothy head, small. Mild aroma of apple juice and lemon, sourish. Dry mouthfeel, lean, mildly acidic, with very light apple flavor, and timid tannins in the final. Thirst quenching, but not much depth. The apple profile is too simple.

On tap at St. Augustine's, pours a clear pale golden with no head. Aroma is uber dry, with dry leather and not much else. Flavour is dryer than the house cider, but not as bone dry as many dry ciders - light apples and a dry, almost astringent finish. Well-constructed and drinkable, though far from elegant. Decent one.
