It is the result of a long fermentation which is very carefully checked by the Master Brewer. Its deep bitterness will still maintain its delicate flavor. Aromatized hops will be identified. It can be consumed with very sophisticated meals.

From a 330ml bottle on 4 October 2025 (shared by Ed with thanks), Pours a slightly opaque golen with a smallish head. The noser is fruity and spicy, with a good whiff of the typical Belgian yeast. Tastes sweetish up front, with citrus, apple and banana notes, with clove and spice presenting in a modest bitterness at the back. Has a slick mouthfeel with moderate carbonation. Very nice.

Slightly cloudy golden with a white head. Sweet notes throughout. Bright citrus, snappy hops, floral, fruit, light yeast and some toasted grain. This leans a bit too sweet for my liking in a tripel, but otherwise it’s a fine beer.

Sugary aroma of ripe fruits, toffee, herbal, some alcohol. Flavour is fruity and sugary sweet. Very little bitterness to be found. Val-Dieu brews a passable, if a bit too sweet Tripel.

Bottiglia. All'olfatto si esprimono sentori di sottobosco. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera elevata e l'esistenza olfattiva è sufficiente.
