It is the result of a long fermentation which is very carefully checked by the Master Brewer. Its deep bitterness will still maintain its delicate flavor. Aromatized hops will be identified. It can be consumed with very sophisticated meals.

11.2 ounce bottle from Flanagan’s, 7/27/23. At least this is a style that can age. Since ALL of Flanagan’s beer is aged, even the styles that should be fresh. Gold, slight haze. Medium beige head, good retention. Aroma of bready malt, stone fruit, candi-sugar, mustard. Taste is bready malt, stone fruit, cotton candy, candi sugar, some hops. Booze well hidden. Hint of tartness. Nice.

My final Belgian region... No Beers of Europe were always sold out and then I thought to myself, Beautiful Beers? Aroma has sweet yet savoury porridge with citrus and yeast. Opaque-hazy orange-gold. Foamy translucent white head. Citrus to the fore. Underlying booze and yeast. Grainy. More citrus and spice. Light. Thin. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Drinkable but not sessionable. Deep.

Smell-weak malt hops. Foam-thin, malt, sweetness, weak bitter tones, faint Belgian tones with some odd maltiness. Head is medium-sized, and white in color. Sticks. Appearance- Brewer nice bottle cap, color-coded to beer. The label is simple but nice. Cloudy orange amber in color, no carbonation. From - pint Taste - malt, weak sweetness, then some Belgian tones, faint malt, banana. Bit Belgian, with weak hops and banana tones overall. Overall below average belgian.

A surprising find at the nearest real beer shop, they tend to not get new Belgian style beers away from the usual inventory. I will use my Delerium snifter this evening, only appropriate. I see a clear, pale yellow liquid finished by an impressive head of arctic white foam. Ah, a pleasant scent. Yellow fruit in abundance, yeast, grain and a small touch of floral. The drink is even better. Apricots, dry crackers, malt, the yeast showing up once more and an unexpected bit of green apple. The bitterness is nicely strong, something I do not mind. The drink has a big presence, very full. A fine tripel in my estimation.
