Bottle at home to celebrate rating #2500. It pours clear golden yellow with a bubbly white head. The nose is hay, floral (particularly chamomile), wheat, light spice, apple, sweet pear and farmyard. The taste is tart lemon, lime, mouth-puckering tartness, Granny Smith apple, white grape, sour pear, light acidity, hay, floral, with dry, tart finish. Medium body and fine, lively carbonation. Clean, crisp and deliciously sour. Quite straight-forward actually, but well executed and utterly drinkable.

Draught at Stockholm Beer and Whiskey Festival 2012. 2006 vintage. Hazy yellow liquid with huge white head. Aroma of funk, wheat, lemons, hops?! and wood. Very unique and complex aroma. Taste is dry and medium sour with notes of lemons, apples and funk. Light to medium bodied with medium carbonation. Really great.

Bottle. It pours an almost clear body, golden in color and topped by a small, white head. Sourish, farmyard-ish aroma with some citrus. The same goes for the flavor, it’s sourish and barnyard-ish, with a faint lemon touch. Medium body, dry, finishing lemony and dry. Overall, a nice beer indeed, but in my opinion a bit one dimensional and weak. 110826
