With Simcoe hops. A session ale perfect for fun in the sun during warm summer days. Golden in colour, mildly hopped and balanced with malt for a light bodied beer. Unfiltered and naturally carbonated.

Draft - Pale malts and light earthy hops. Clear dark gold with a decent white head. Biscuity pale malts with a light hop bitterness. Very reminiscent of an English pale.

On tap at the Alibi Room, pours a clear golden. Nose is a diacetyl bomb - nothing but infection here. Flavour is the same - man these guys really have a problem with these diacetyl infections. Undrinkable.

Draught at Alibi Room, Vancouver, as Red Collar Simcoe Hopped English Pale Ale
Hazy deep blond color. Mild butter aroma, and quite strong butter flavor; the mouthfeel is off-dry, there is some flavor of cereals, enough bitterness, but the hop qualities are muffled.
This is a diacetyl bomb, not very pleasant.
