On tap in Bruges. A bit skunky smelling pilsener, grainy and sharp. Dry and drinkable.

Draught. Golden colour, mediumsized white head. Nice lace. Aroma is vegetables, some malts and hops. Flavour is malts, hops and yeast. HAs pretty much a pils should have and is wellbalanced. The carbonation bites bigtime though, being very crisp.

Appearance: Light clear golden, not much head. Aroma: Hops and grain. Not much. Taste: Hops and bit of malt. Not too bad, but standard. Info: 250ml bottle, 20/3-2008, 191/500

Tap at the Hotel Salvators in Brugge. Light fruity hop aroma. Bright gold color with a foamy white head. Thin in body with mild carbonation. Seems to have a crisp, light citrus flavor. Light pale malt with mild hop for the finish. Refreshing after the trek from the station. Could be a touch of metal, or just me.

Muffig-herber Antrunk, dominiert von tiefer Wässrigkeit. Etwas hopfig, grasig, zum Ende hin herb. Unendlich langweilig! Test vom 22.3.2008, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 5,4,6,4,5,4 - 4,45

Light, clear pilsener with a earthy musty aroma and a fairly bland, slightly bitter flavour. Nothing special.

First beer of my trip to Ljubljana, Slovenia. Brought from Belgium by my friend Boštjan. A huge thanks to him. 0.33l bottle if I remember correctly. It poured a huge thick but fluffy white head that went fast, leaving tons of thick lacing. Pale golden colour with lazy carbonation. The aroma was basically, dusty lemon. Interesting. Generic grainy taste with some dusty honeyish malt with an underlying herbal hopiness and lemoniness. Weak lemony aftertaste. I’ve had a lot of worse pilseners than this. Better than Stella too.
