Taster at Growler Guys. Dark amber, sparse head. Light peppery aroma. Peppers pick up in the taste, adding a nice sting, but not overpowering. Underneath the peppers is a pretty basic red ale.

ON Tap at the Baker City taproom Clear light amber with a light tan head. Bid peppery aroma. But also warm and toasted. Not picking up much ginger....yet. Flavos are a light toasted maltiness as a base, light bodied and clean. Firm Jalapeno flavors, but smooth and warming. Still not getting much ginger. But a good mellow but sizzling toasty pepper beer.

Draft - Spicy pepper jam. Clear copper with a decent white head. Sweet chili heat, nice balance with only a slight residual heat on the back of the throat.
