Tasting at Matt’s
Gushing bottle; muddy light amber color, with large head. Fruity aroma, bubblegum, light banana. High carbonation; sweet, there is some good malt flavor, a bit muddled by the loads of yeast; a lot of fruity esters from said yeast, low bitterness, and trying to balance the sweetness with the high alcohol perception.
It’s a sweet fruity Americanized conception of Abbey Tripel; Ok, it’s drinkable, but it’s also gross; most homebrewers can do a cleaner job nowadays.

650mL bottle, pours a filthy dark orangey brown with a large white head. Aroma is very fruity, with loads of mangos, earthy Belgian yeast, and some floral hops. Flavour is very fruity and balanced, with mangos and papaya, along with bubblegum, followed by floral hops and earthy Belgian yeast. Not authentic by any means, with a very convoluted flavour profile. Needs to be cleaner, but still quite nice for what it is.

Bottle - Sweet and lots of tropical fruit. Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Sweet, fruity, light bubblegum, orange peel, light pepper and mango. Very fruity and pretty nice.
