Black color. Solid stout, rather dry, but with good strength; powerful roasted malt aroma, also from the oats, a bit coffeish too.
Nice, for Stout lovers.

Draft - Dark roast malts and some perfume. Deep jet black with a thin light brown head. Perfumy, Roasty and a nice balanced bitterness. Nice.

On tap at St. Augustine's, pours black with a small tan head. Nose brings out soft chocolatey notes, some lactose sweetness and a little roast. Flavour is robust, bringing out loads of roasted malt upfront - beyond what I detect on the nose - with secondary notes of dry cocoa. A robust, full-bodied and balanced roasty stout. Great stuff.
