Our I.P.A. is a dark-blonde beer with an emphatic, hoppy flavour. I.P.A. stands for India Pale Ale, a British type of brew in which the alcohol percentage and hop recipe were boosted so that the beer would survive the long sea voyage to the colonies. This recipe turned out to be a real winner and quickly became popular.

In our I.P.A., we add hops to the beer during the maturing process as well as the brewing to produce delicious aromas of grapefruit and flowers. A beer with a fruity, bitter aftertaste that lingers for a long time.

Õlle on selline jook, et iga uus kord kui klaasi või pudeli suule tõstad, siis leiad midagi uut, sõltuvalt tuhandest-miljonist pisiasjast, mis hetke olukorda mõjutavad. Seega piirdun iga õlle juures selle tekstiga.

330ml bottle at Vinos Handeland. Hazy orange coloured body, clingy lacing from a covering white head. Inviting smell of grassy hops withe a citric scent. Fine blended taste profile, moments of citrus, dried fruits, and biscuit. Rounded citric bitter end. Fine partner to our cheese. Likeable. (La Vila Joiosa, 09.02.2024).

En copa teku, color oro claro, limpio, espuma blanca bien retenida. Aroma ligeramente floral, con notas de resina, uva blanca, caramelo, algo de hierba, pomelo... En boca primer trago con buena presencia de lúpulo, algo de levadura, notas de pomelo, naranja amarga, cereal, cuerpo medio-bajo, final y retrogusto suavemente amargo. Para mi una cerveza bien hecha y simplemente agradable.

Draught @ the brewpub, Amsterdam. Pours clear dark straw with airy white head. Clear aroma of hops and citrus, with touches of malt and yeast. Bitter flavour of hops and grass, with citric and estery notes and touches of malt. Bitter aftertaste with estery and bready touches. Reasonable.

A golden ipa with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous hops, light mineral notes, light treacle, classic. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light cereals, pleasant and smooth. On tap at Blauwe Theehuis.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a cloudy golden with a small, white head. Odd aroma, some citrus but also tea like notes. Thin body, super dry fruitiness and again tea like accents before a bitter, almost astringent finish. Very odd, at not really very pleasant. 061222
