On tap at the Alibi Room, pours a cloudy yellow with a huge white head. Nose brings out farmhouse yeast and light pineapple. Flavour is very pineapple-y and yeasty, with quite a dirty earthy quality. Has a sort of a dishwater / soapy quality. Not bad but seems a little off.

Draft - Pineapple juice. Cloudy gold with a rich white head. Pineapple, light grapefruit and some tartness. Very juicy and by that I mean juice like.

Draught at Alibi Room, Vancouver, 600th Menu Party
Muddy blond color. Very nice citrusy aroma, grapefruit. Dry mouthfeel, not much flavor, dry, slightly tart and astringent, a bit citrusy.
Pity, because after such aroma more was expected from the flavor.
