On tap at The Commons, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma brings out notes of cocoa and oats. Flavour is along the same lines, with oats and bitter dry cocoa. Medium bodied and well-balanced. Solid stuff.

Tap at the Commons, PDX, 26/05/13. Mid black with a thin tan head that dissipates edgeward leaving a thin film. Nose is roast malt, bitter chocolate, sugars. Taste carriess a big roast bite, dark chocolate, molasses, hint of coffee. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, good roast bite in the finish. A solid stout - good work!
