Bringing back a classic. Back on tap for your summer refreshment, is The French Tickler Grisette. Grisette, which means “little grey” in French, hails from the French-Belgian border. A farmhouse ale with similar properties to a Petit Saison. Low alcohol, high attenuation, moderate in spicy phenols, with a crisp, refreshing bite. C’est l’heure des chatouilles!

On tap at Saraveza's Farmhouse and Wild Ale Festival, pours a cloudy opaque yellow with a golden tinge and a small white head. Aroma of barnyard notes, musty notes and earth. Flavour of earthy notes, lots of barnyard funk and wild, horse blanket notes. Quite a lot of depth for a 5.2% beer. Quite wild and funky. Delicious stuff.
