The Revival is Howling Moon's flagship product and a testament to the quality that can be achieved by blending sweet dessert apples from our neighbours, with a smaller proportion of heritage cider apples from our own farm.
Part of the original Steampunk Series, this medium body cider starts crisp and ends with a fruity apple finish. It pairs well with soft cheeses, fresh Okanagan fruit, spicy Indo foods, and BBQ chicken.

Nice light teal body, little foam, soft sweet green apple aroma. Flavour is some apple and vanilla, vinegar and sugar notes. Full enough mouthfeel, okay carbonation. Not exceptional but reasonably well done.

Draught at 12 Kings, Vancouver
Pale yellow color, hazy, no head. Crisp and refreshing, tart, with a good apple character, dry, a bit lemony, and with infinitesimal traces of hazelnut. Nice.

Bottle at CiderWISE, pours a clear full blonde. Nose brings out perfumey notes and dry apples. Flavour is very standard, with medium sweetness, medium acidity and a dry finish. As standard as can be. Competent but nothing interesting.

Bottle - Crisp green apple. Pale gold. Light tartness, peel and green apple. Decent with a touch of acidity.
