Moon spinnakers white stout with cold brew coffee, vanilla bean, cocoa nibs (no roasted malts), k Cloudy golden color with compact head. Aroma of chocolate bar, light cocoa butter and vanilla. The flavor is like some very artificial chocolate bar, with artificial vanilla, and traces of coffee.
An experiment, ok. Not a pleasant beer though.

Draft - Vanilla, coffee and chocolate. Cloudy gold with a decent white head, coffee, vanilla, chocolate and some marzipan. A interesting dessert beer for sure. Well executed, just a touch artificial, but in this style in BC this is a first and it is pretty good.

On tap at the Alibi Room, pours an opaque orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out fresh vanilla beans upfront, followed by cocoa nibs and a touch of coffee underneath. Flavour is similar, bringing out a healthy mix of all three additives in good harmony -- with vanilla and coffee upfront, and cocoa underneath. Not a stout, but quite nice for what it is. Finishes on coffee notes. Decent.
