An elegantly bold, yet balanced beer constructed with NW hopheads in mind.

Draft - Nice caramel and pine. Cloudy copper with a decent white head. Resinous and caramel with a nice balanced finish.

On tap at St. Augustine's, pours a hazy orange amber with a small beige head. Aroma is very strong, with resinous hops and big caramel malts. Flavour is robust, with loads of resinous hops upfront followed by just enough dry caramel malt. Damn, this is great - robust and balanced, while being a kick in the face all the same. Excellent.

deep red color, a touch of caramel, cherries and fruitiness. Clean, made, moderately hoppy beer. Malty shines in the mouth. A bit of crystal malt. Lingering clean
