The quintessential modern blue collar beer, our Pilsner sets the standard to which a working man should hold his lager. Crisp and refreshing, with a full, malty mouthfeel from floor-malted Bohemian Pilsner. Holy Mountain Pilsner finishes with the unmistakable floral aroma of Saaz hops.

[3/1/15] Draught at Holy Mountain Brewing in Seattle. Clear golden. Decent aroma of lager yeast and some herbal hops. Flavor has light maltiness, a bit of lager yeast, and nice bitterish herbal hops. Rather light-bodied.

On tap at Holy Mountain, pours a hazy golden with a large white head. Aroma is lovely for the style, with notes of grass, corn, bready malt and straw. Flavour is the same, with grassy hops, straw and grass. Dry, hoppy, and grassy. Lots of depth and high drinkability. Really nice pils.

Pint at Toronado. Clear golden color. Moderate bitter Saaz aroma, more bitter than I want it. Some earthy lagered malts. Well lagered without metallic character. Faint floral fruitiness. Mouthfeel is dry and mine rally, moderate carbonation. Lots of hops and white bready malts. A bit thicker on the back end. Not sweet. I want it to be a little less bitter and a little crisper on the backend.
